This Keto Garlic Parmesan Chicken is a juicy, flavorful low-carb dinner made with tender chicken breasts, savory spices, rich butter, and a golden Parmesan crust.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels to help them brown properly.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
4. Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
5. Pour the melted butter into a large baking dish, coating the bottom evenly.
6. Place the seasoned chicken breasts into the baking dish on top of the melted butter.
7. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over each chicken breast.
8. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the tops are golden.
9. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes.
10. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil the chicken for the last 2–3 minutes of cooking.
Freshly grated Parmesan melts and browns better than pre-shredded varieties.
Serve with roasted vegetables, cauliflower mash, or a fresh green salad for a complete keto meal.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
