Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
Instructions
1. Gather all ingredients and prepare your workspace.
2. Dice the cooked chicken breast into bite-sized pieces for easy mixing and even flavor in every bite.
3. Dice the avocados and cucumber, and halve the cherry tomatoes.
