  • 2 cups Boiling water
  • 2 cups Crushed pretzels
  • 1/4 cup Sugar (for crust)
  • 8 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 8 oz Cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup Sugar (for filling)
  • 8 oz Whipped topping (thawed)
  • 1 lb Strawberries (sliced)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Dissolve strawberry jello in boiling water; cool to room temperature.

3. Melt butter and mix with sugar and crushed pretzels; press into a baking pan and bake for 10 minutes.

4. Mix cream cheese with sugar until smooth, fold in whipped topping, and spread over the cooled crust.

5. Combine sliced strawberries with cooled jello; pour over cream cheese layer.

6. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set.
