Description
These Strawberry Crinkle Cookies are soft, chewy cake mix cookies made with just four ingredients and ready in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) box strawberry cake mix
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line two baking sheets with silicone baking mats or parchment paper and set aside.
2. Place the powdered sugar in a wide shallow bowl and set aside.
3. In a stand mixer or large mixing bowl, mix together the cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until well combined.
4. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, scoop out a tablespoon of batter and form into a ball.
5. Roll the dough ball in powdered sugar, fully coating all sides.
6. Place the coated dough ball onto a prepared baking sheet and repeat until all dough is used.
7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the cookies are set. Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
Makes 20 to 24 cookies.
Allow cookies to cool completely before storing in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
To freeze, wrap cookies tightly and store in a freezer-safe airtight container for up to 2 months.
