Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) for even cooking.
2. Peel and cube the sweet potatoes, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 25–30 minutes until tender and caramelized.
3. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks. Stir in taco seasoning and cook until browned and cooked through.

5. Top with sliced avocado and drizzle with hot honey.
