Description

Golden Parmesan Chicken with Velvety Garlic Sauce is a deliciously crispy chicken dish topped with flavorful Parmesan crust and served with a rich, velvety garlic sauce. Perfect for family dinners or entertaining guests, this recipe combines crunchy textures with savory, creamy flavors for a culinary experience everyone will love.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.

3. Dip each chicken breast into the flour, then the egg, then coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture.

4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the breaded chicken until golden and crispy, about 4–5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

5. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

6. Add chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir and simmer until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

7. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, spoon the garlic sauce over the top, and heat through.

8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with pasta, rice, or vegetables.

Notes

Ensure chicken breasts are pounded evenly for consistent cooking.

Use freshly minced garlic for best flavor in the sauce.

Reheat leftovers gently to keep the chicken crisp and the sauce smooth.

This dish pairs well with buttery noodles, mashed potatoes, or steamed vegetables.
