Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
4. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Pour lemon juice and zest over the chicken, allowing it to simmer for a few minutes.
