Description

  • 2 pounds beef (ribeye or sirloin), diced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large russet potatoes, diced
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine diced beef with olive oil, soy sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper. Toss to coat and let marinate for 15–30 minutes.

2. Wash and dice the russet potatoes. Pat dry and toss with olive oil and seasoned salt.

3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Add seasoned potatoes and cook for 15–20 minutes until fork-tender.

4. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated beef and cook for about 2–3 minutes per side or until desired doneness is reached.

5. In a small saucepan, melt butter and add minced garlic. Stir well and pour over cooked beef and potatoes before serving.


Notes

You can substitute olive oil with avocado oil for a higher smoke point when searing the beef.

For extra flavor, add chopped parsley or a squeeze of lemon juice just before serving.

Make it spicy by adding red pepper flakes to the garlic butter sauce.
