Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • ½ medium red onion, finely sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions
