Ingredients
- 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
- 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 2 tbsp honey (optional)
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary or thyme, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush each with olive oil. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
2. Place a slice of brie on each toasted baguette slice. Return to the oven for 2–3 minutes, just until the brie starts to soften.
3. Remove the crostini from the oven and top each with a dollop of cranberry sauce.
4. Drizzle lightly with honey, if desired, and sprinkle with fresh rosemary or thyme.
5. Arrange on a platter and serve immediately.
Notes
Use whole-grain or sourdough baguette for added flavor. For a sweeter variation, substitute cranberry sauce with fig or apricot jam. Toast the baguette slices in advance and assemble just before serving.
