Description

A creamy, crunchy, tangy chicken salad perfect for sandwiches, wraps, or snack boards. Made in minutes and customizable to your taste.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional Add-Ins:
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill or parsley
  • 1/4 cup grapes or apples, chopped
  • 1/4 cup toasted almonds or pecans

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, whisk together mayo, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

2. Add chicken, celery, red onion, and any extras.

3. Stir until combined. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
