Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 package (20 oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
2. Meanwhile, cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, mix marinara sauce, heavy cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until combined.
4. In a large baking dish, combine the cooked tortellini, beef, and sauce mixture. Stir to evenly coat.
5. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
6. Bake uncovered at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot.
