Description

Tender salmon fillets coated in a creamy, sweet and spicy bang bang sauce, then broiled to perfection for a quick and flavorful meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

1. Preheat oven broiler to high and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, and soy sauce, then stir in sesame oil.

3. Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush generously with the bang bang sauce on both sides.

4. Broil for 8–10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, watching closely to prevent burning.

5. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Reheat gently to avoid drying out the salmon.

Serve over rice or quinoa for a complete meal.

For deeper flavor, marinate salmon in some of the sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
