A delicious and addictive pasta salad packed with fresh vegetables, feta cheese, and zesty Italian dressing—perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta (your choice)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and allow to cool completely.
2. In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, black olives, and feta cheese.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together Italian dressing, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until evenly coated.
5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
